Why a search profile beats a property list

What is visible on the list is the smaller part. The larger part goes first to buyers and operators whose criteria we already hold, because we check every new mandate against them before anything is published.

Owners want it that way. A sale that becomes public unsettles staff, guests and lenders long before a binding offer exists, and that unsettling is visible in the figures a buyer will later assess.

For you the practical consequence is simple. Region, type of operation, size and the commercial frame are enough to start. A property that does not fit your profile does not land in your inbox as a precaution.

What you receive, and when

For openly marketed mandates a teaser can be available immediately. For confidential ones we check first whether your profile fits in principle. After that come the Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung, the German non-disclosure agreement, and then the full information memorandum with figures, contractual position and images.

We do not release the address of a confidential hotel because someone is curious. For the owner it decides whether their staff find out before completion.

The current list

The properties we are allowed to show publicly are on the German overview, with filters for region, size and transaction type. The listings themselves are short and factual, so they are readable without German.
