Konen & Lorenzen advises hotel owners on sales, operator search and succession in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Most of our mandates are handled confidentially and are never advertised.
What we do
We advise owners who are selling a hotel, looking for an operator, or preparing a handover to the next generation. We also value hotel property, and we do that before a house goes to market rather than after.
We work with hotels and hospitality businesses, not with commercial property in general. A hotel earns its value from the operation, not from the address alone. Where a house is leased, a sound lease can matter more to the price than a slightly better location.
Why the network matters
Konen & Lorenzen has been in hospitality since 1997, originally in executive search. The operator contacts we draw on today come from that work. When we look for someone to run a house, we usually know who to call rather than who to advertise to.
What you will not find here
A public list of everything we have. Most owners instruct us precisely because they do not want their house on a portal. If you are looking to buy or lease, tell us what you are looking for and we will come back to you when a house fits. We do not operate a mailing list.
